Installing WP Template Is Easy, You can do it in 2 ways

Once the upload is complete, you should see the newly installed theme in the "Appearance" section of your WordPress Dashboard.
Log in to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to the "Appearance" menu. Click on "Themes" and you should see the newly installed "Total" theme. Click on the "Activate" button to activate the theme.
